If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days for a FULL STORE CREDIT or A REFUND minus a 15% restocking fee + $35 handling fee. Shipping is not refundable. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be requested via this link. Use the same email on your order to recieve a login code.
Return labels are a flat rate $35 and deducted from your total.
The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your order's delivery date. If an item is shipped back to us after 7 day period, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense. If you decide to exchange your item we allow one free exchange and thereafter we charge a 50% restocking fee. If you chose a store credit there is no expiration, but we do not allow any futher returns or exchanges when the store credit is used on a future purchase.
- Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in your account. Items shipped back to us without an approved request will not be processed — no exceptions.
Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under B Chic Fashions' discretion.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
