Refund policy

****ALL ORDERS OVER THE VALUE OF $350 SHIP TO BILLING & SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300.00

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days for a STORE CREDIT minus shipping.

 

A refund option is only available for the Iyza Belaar brand minus a 15% restocking fee + $35 for handling. All other vendors not mentioned here are a STORE CREDIT minus shipping only. Shipping is not refundable. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be requested via your account portal. If we inspect a return without tags or we suspect it was worn it will be returned back to the buyer.

 

Return labels are a flat rate $35 and deducted from your total.

 

The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your order's delivery date. If an item is shipped back to us after 7 day period, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense. If you decide to exchange your item we allow a one time exchange and if the store credit is used we don’t accept returns.

  • Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in your account. Items shipped back to us without an approved request will not be processed — no exceptions.
  • Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under B Chic Fashions' discretion. Your item will be disposed or donated and no refund will be issued.

 

All sale, discounted, and custom items are FINAL SALE. In store sales through the San Carlos location: FINAL SALE.

 

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
