Customer Care

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days for a FULL STORE CREDIT.  You can also request a REFUND minus a 15% restocking fee + $35 for handling for dresses from designer Iyza Belaar. All other vendors are a STORE CREDIT only (minus shipping). Shipping is not refundable. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be requested via this link. (https://bchicfashions.loopreturns.com/#/) Use the same email on your order to receive a login code.

Return labels are a flat rate $35 and additionally deducted from your total. Route package protection is NON REFUNDABLE.

If you decide to exchange your item we allow one free exchange and thereafter we charge a 30% restocking fee. If you chose a store credit there is no expiration, but we do not allow any futher returns or exchanges when the store credit is used on a future purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY


All domestic orders have a 1-2 day processing time for in stock items. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they've left our facility.
  • Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
  • All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
  • Please also take note we require signature on most packages.
  • **Free shipping is exclusive to orders above $250

DELIVERY TRACKING


You can check your order status by logging in to your account or by visiting our order status page. 

Tracking information can also be found in your shipment confirmation email.

DELAYS


We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, however the occasional shipping delay is inevitable. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend doing so far enough in advance so that you have time to try on your items and initiate an exchange if needed.  

Order Cancellation


An order can't be cancelled or modified once payment has been captured.

delivery Refusals


Refusing an item or not picking it up from a UPS or Postal Service and then is returned back to us is subject to a 50% restocking fee. This includes multiple delivery attempts made by the service provider that result in the package being returned to us.

International Buyers


Customs/duties/taxes are the buyers responsibility and is not included in the shipping price. If you have further questions about taxes please contact customersupport@bchicfashions.com.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape horizontal.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline and keep the tape comfortably loose and horizontal.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping tape horizontal.
