Portia and Scarlett Size Guide
Measuring your correct and current dress size for a dress purchase is the single most important step in finding and keeping the perfect dress.
After determining your unique measurements, refer to the dress designer's size chart. Sizes are often different between designers. Size 4 in Mac Duggal, can easily be a size 2 in Sherri Hill! It is extremely important to utilize each designer's size chart, when purchasing multiple dresses! Click here to watch a full tutorial by our team!
If you are between sizes ALWAYS go a size up as a dress can be altered smaller, but not larger. It is normal for dresses to be long. They come at a stardard length between 59-62 inches. It is easy to get tailored by your local seamstress or bridal store to the perfect length with your shoes!

- We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they've left our facility.
- Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
- All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Please also take note we require signature on most packages.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days for a STORE CREDIT minus shipping.
A refund option is only available for the Iyza Belaar brand minus a 15% restocking fee + $35 for handling. All other vendors not mentioned here are a STORE CREDIT minus shipping only. Shipping is not refundable. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be requested via your account portal. If we inspect a return without tags or we suspect it was worn it will be returned back to the buyer.
Return labels are a flat rate $35 and deducted from your total.
The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your order's delivery date. If an item is shipped back to us after 7 day period, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense. If you decide to exchange your item we allow a one time exchange and if the store credit is used we don’t accept returns.
- Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in your account. Items shipped back to us without an approved request will not be processed — no exceptions.
- Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under B Chic Fashions' discretion. Your item will be disposed or donated and no refund will be issued.
All sale, discounted, and custom items are FINAL SALE. In store sales through the San Carlos location: FINAL SALE.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
